Equipping

The role of the pastor and teachers is to equip. Part of that is preemptive to be prepared, part is corrective to be focused, and part isadoptive to assimilate God’s truth into our thinking and doing.

Equipping comes from not only hearing God’s Word, but doing what it says. Therefore, we seek to educate and provide opportunites for people to be stretched in their trust of Jesus.
